This is beta software
RiserIQ is an early beta. It's functional and actively developed, but not a finished, fully hardened commercial product yet. Expect rough edges, and expect things to change — sometimes without notice — as we learn from real usage.
Verify before you rely on it
RiserIQ generates cable routing, closet sizing, and bill-of-quantities estimates automatically. It's provided “as is,” with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. Always independently verify outputs before using them in a real bid, design, or installation. RiserIQ is a design aid, not a substitute for a licensed engineer's review where one is required by code, contract, or jurisdiction. We are not liable for losses or damages arising from reliance on outputs from this beta.
What we store, and why
Creating an account stores standard authentication details (via Clerk) and whatever project data you choose to save — floor plans, device placements, and generated takeoffs. If you use the optional Check Compliance feature, the text you provide and a summary of your design are sent to Anthropic's API to generate that check. If you submit beta feedback, it's stored and used to decide what to build next. None of this is sold to third parties. This is a beta, so treat anything you upload as something you'd be comfortable being part of an early, small-scale test — not yet backed by the data protections of a mature commercial product.
